Issuance of building lots
The municipality has building plots available in all the village centers of Gemert-Bakel. The municipality can issue these building lots to interested parties who wish to build their own home.
Application form
In principle, "first come, first served" applies. However, if several people apply for the same lot at the same time or if it appears during registration that there are several interested parties for one specific lot, the municipality can make use of an allocation based on, for example, drawing lots or on additional selection criteria.
There are conditions attached to the issuance of building lots. Consider, for example, provisions from the zoning plan and/or image quality plan.
The City Council has adopted the Land Prices of Gemert-Bakel Municipality. The cost of transferring the land will be borne by the buyer.
