Our municipality has a sustainable business park in every village center. In Gemert-Bakel almost every house has a connection to the sewer system. Do you live in the outlying area and do not yet have a sewer connection? Then you can apply for an exemption to discharge household wastewater into the soil. If your company wants to discharge wastewater to the municipal sewer system, you need a permit from the water board. In addition, the conditions in this permit must be coordinated with the environmental permit (environmental activity) your company may have.

Starting this week, anyone interested in a building plot in the de Berken project in Milheeze can register for it. The plots located in the 2nd phase of the plan area will be made available.
