Together with GHG, the municipality has prepared a cluster and chain study. An economic agenda is under development.

The VVV , Gemert-Bakel heerlijckvrij represents the joint interests of the tourist-recreational sector and all events organized within the municipality. In doing so, it strengthens the economic, social and cultural climate in our municipality. Entrepreneurs, VVV and municipality have jointly drawn up a manifesto "Heerlijck Bloeien".
