The municipality has building lots available in all seven unique village centers of Gemert-Bakel. We issue these lots to residents who want to build their own home. In principle, 'first come, first served' applies. But if several residents apply at the same time, a drawing of lots will take place. We attach conditions to the issue of building lots. For example, provisions in the zoning plan and/or image quality plan. The city council has set the current land prices. The costs for transferring the land are for the buyer's account.
