Entry notification

An entrance or exit is a connection from a lot to the public road. Do you want to build a new entrance and exit driveway? Or change an existing entrance or exit to the public road? Then you must report this to the municipality.

Terms

The following conditions apply to an entrance or exit:

  • The road remains usable;
  • The road remains safe;
  • The appearance of the entrance or exit must fit in with the surroundings;
  • Green spaces remain protected;
  • Parking spaces will be retained;
  • The driveway is no wider than 4m in the case of a residence or 6m in the case of a business. This may be deviated from in the case of a well-founded motivation.

Cost

The cost of constructing the driveway will be borne by the applicant. This also includes the costs of, for example, relocating cables, pipes and light poles in the public area.
