Information on exporting companies

As a municipality of Gemert-Bakel, we would like the resident to cooperate with parties who have everything well taken care of. This also applies to the companies that will help the resident with the insulation. The citizen can thus confidently participate in the "Gemert-Bakel isoleert" initiative.

These performing companies have already been checked. The companies in the overview meet the conditions and agreements have been made with them about the working method (no price agreements have been made). You can request a no-obligation quote from them.

Do you want another company to do the work?

Want to request a quote from a company not yet listed? Then register the company by emailing contact@groenegroei.nl, we will take care of the verification. If the company meets the conditions, you can request a quote from them through the system. The advantage is that the subsidy will also be deducted from the invoice immediately, so the invoice will be lower.

What are the criteria for performing companies?

Based on an open-house construction, executing companies can join the municipal de-provisioning approach if they meet at least the criteria below.

Criteria for all providers:

• Registration of commercial register (CoC) with office in the Netherlands, preferably office within 25 km. of the client.
• VCA certified
• The company's terms and conditions should be easy to find.
• Warranty terms should be described in the terms and conditions or on the website.
• Minimum 10-year warranty on the product and assembly.
• Companies should be open and transparent throughout the process.
• Company should be able to provide references from previous jobs.
• All applied (insulation) products must be included in the ISDE reporting code lists of RVO.
• A follow-up inspection should be performed to verify that the insulation has been properly installed.
• Agree with the modus operandi of 'Gemert-Bakel isoleert'.

Roof, floor, soil, cavity wall and facade:

• SKG-IKOB or Insula certified
• Affiliated with a trade association such as VENIN or NOA (facade).
• There is nature-friendly insulation, affiliated with nature-friendlyisoleren.nl.
• It should be possible to demonstrate which BRL (assessment guideline) is being used (cavity wall).

Glass, windows/doors/frames (including panels):

• Companies should be affiliated with a trade association such as OnderhoudNL or trade group such as Vakgroep Glas.

Ventilation:

• Companies should be affiliated with an industry, association or trade group such as installQ.
• All products used must bear the KOMO seal of approval.

The application of the measure must also meet certain requirements:

Roof insulation

The Rd value of the insulation material applied to the roof must be at least 3.5 m²K/W (in accordance with ISDE subsidy requirements).

Floor or bottom insulation

The Rd value of the insulation material installed on the floor or in the crawl space must be at least 3.5 m²K/W (in accordance with ISDE subsidy requirements).

Cavity wall insulation

The Rd value of the cavity wall insulation must be at least 1.1 m²K/W (in accordance with the ISDE subsidy requirement).

Facade insulation

The Rd value of the insulation material installed against the inside or outside wall must be at least 3.5 m²K/W (in accordance with ISDE subsidy requirements).

Windows, doors and frames (panels)

New windows must be HR++ or triple-glazed, and frame panels must be matched to HR++ or triple-glazed in terms of insulation value. Doors should have a maximum Ud value of 1.5 W/m²K.

Ventilation

The new ventilation box should be at least CO2 controlled. Or it is a ventilation system with heat recovery (WTW).
