Monument Savings Fund

• Are you the new owner of a monument or is your property designated as a municipal monument? Then you can become a member of the Monumentenwacht . The Monumentenwacht makes an appointment with you to inspect the monument. This is done periodically.
• The subscription and inspection costs of the Monument Watch are paid by the municipality. Contact the Image Quality and Monuments policy officer for this.
• The results are made up in a report that is sent to both you and the municipality.
• As an owner, you can now apply for a grant from the Monument Savings Fund. To do so, fill out the application form contribution from the Monument Savings . The amount of the subsidy is 50% of the owner's portion of the property tax paid the previous year.

The municipality will review your application and you will receive a response within 8 weeks.
