Organization

The civil service organization is headed by the city clerk and general manager. This person is also the advisor to the municipal executive.

The organization consisting of about 170 employees, is composed of 7 teams, each with its areas of focus. The Executive Board directs the 7 managers. Gemert-Bakel does so with ambition and perseverance and is open to opportunities. Together with our residents and entrepreneurs. And that is translated into the competencies of our employees: cooperation, customer-oriented, initiative and decisiveness.
