Redesign Orange neighborhood Bakel
The municipality wants to start preparations for the redesign of the Oranjebuurt neighborhood including Kerksedriessen and Speelweide in Bakel. The reason for the project is the replacement of the sewers and maintenance of the roads. But we are looking to see if more is needed.
Last year, we created a vision for the entire district and shared it with you.
We then proceeded to further develop Phase 1 of the project.

Step 2 - Technical development of spatial vision for phase 1 (Q4 2023-Q1 2024)
- Develop spatial vision into a final design
- Coordinate design with residents phase 1 during a walk-in event
- Develop design into execution documents (specifications and drawings)
Step 3 - Tendering (contracting contractor) and start implementation of phase 1 (Q2-Q3 2024)
Step 4 - Technical development of spatial vision for phase 2 (Q2-Q3 2024) as per step 2
