With the municipality, you can report landlords who do not comply with the basic national standard for landlords. For example, is there harassment, discrimination or unreasonable charges? Then make a report by filling out the e-form. If desired, you can also make the report anonymously.

You can file a report if:

• There is discrimination
• There is intimidation
• An (excessive) security deposit must be paid
• Unreasonable service fees are charged
• There is no clear lease agreement
• Other unreasonable fees are charged
• You were not given a clear explanation of your rights and obligations
