Target group statement for wage cost advantage (LKV) older employees and/or employees with labor disabilities
The wage cost benefit (LKV) is an annual allowance for employers who hire or retain one or more older employees and/or employees with a work limitation from a benefit situation. To receive this concession, the employer needs a copy of a target group statement from the employee concerned.
Who should apply for the target group statement?
The employee must apply for this target group declaration themselves within three months of starting employment.
- Target group older workers must make the request for a target group statement to Senzer's own participation coach.
- Target group employees with a work limitation must make this request to the UWV through the website.
What are the requirements for a target group statement?

- You are 56 years of age or older at the time of starting employment.
- You have not been employed by this employer at any time during the 6-month period preceding the date of employment.
