Objection, appeal and view

2. Draft decision environmental permit extended procedure

Within 6 weeks after the date of publication, anyone can submit a motivated view to the Municipal Executive (Postbus 10.000, 5420 DA Gemert). The opinion must be signed and contain at least the name and address of the person submitting the opinion, the date, a description of the decision against which the opinion is directed and the grounds for the opinion. If there really is no other way, you can make an appointment to submit an oral opinion.

3. Decision regular environmental permit

Any interested party may submit a reasoned objection to the College of Mayor and Aldermen within 6 weeks of the date the decision was sent. The objection must be signed and contain at least the name and address of the objector, the date, a description of the decision against which the objection is directed and the grounds for the objection.

The filing of an objection does not imply the cessation of the licensed activity.

If there is urgency, given the interests involved, after you have submitted a notice of objection, you may request the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court in 's-Hertogenbosch to grant a preliminary injunction. 4. Final decision environmental permit extended procedure

An interested party, who has also submitted an opinion, may submit a reasoned appeal against these decisions to the District Court of 's-Hertogenbosch within 6 weeks from the date of publication.

The appeal must be signed and contain at least the name and address of the appellant, the date, a description of the decision against which the appeal is directed and the grounds of the appeal. You can send the notice of appeal to the court in 's-Hertogenbosch. Filing a notice of appeal does not imply that the licensed activity will be stopped.

5. Notification of Environmental Management Act

The notification will be available for inspection for 6 weeks from date of publication. No objections may be filed against this notification.
