Company lots Elsendorp

The municipality of Gemert-Bakel will grow to 35,000 inhabitants. Growth offers opportunities to continue to provide an attractive living environment. Over the next ten years we will build 2,400 homes, for our own residents, for employees and for the region.

The sale of the total project live-work plots at the Keizersberg in Elsendorp has started. This means that living in combination with the exercise of a business at home within the environmental category 1 or 2 is possible. All plots are available for both local entrepreneurs as well as entrepreneurs who are not yet established in Elsendorp.

The building plots have a minimum area of 1,000 sq. m. and maximum area of 5,000 sq. m. The size of the plot can be determined according to the needs of the entrepreneur. In accordance with the current zoning plan, a maximum of 19 lots can be issued in the total plan.

The sale of the lots located in the overall plan Woon-werkgebied Elsendorp has started and registration for a building lot has been opened.

• The relevant zoning plan can be viewed on the Spatial Planning . Plan name: "residential-working area Elsendorp" irrevocable (adopted 2019-04-18).
• Your building plan must comply with the applicable zoning plan for the particular lot location and the regulations set forth.
• Lot sizes may vary.
• The plot layout is not a definitive layout. In (proper) consultation with your "neighbors" the lateral (intermediate) plot boundaries may still be shifted. With mutual approval, the plot layout can be adjusted. Whether or not to approve the relocation of the boundaries is determined by the municipality of Gemert-Bakel.
• The business space to be built is exclusively for the performance of work for the benefit of your own business.
