Hospitality industry, exemption from extension of opening hours
The regular opening hours of the hospitality industry in Gemert-Bakel are: - Friday and Saturday evenings until a maximum of 02.00 a.m. - Sunday through Thursday evenings until 01.00 a.m. As an individual hospitality entrepreneur, you can submit a request to keep your hospitality establishment open one hour longer. If the following day is an official day off, a request can be made to be allowed to be open two hours longer.

The application must be received by the municipality at least six weeks before the requested date. If the exemption requires the cooperation of the police, the application must be received at least three months before the event.
