Form festivity
As a hospitality company, you may organize a festivity a few times a year where you make a lot of noise. For example:
- A music performance in a café
- A party with a band or DJ
Good to know
- Make your notification no later than two weeks before the festivity takes place
- The exemption applies only to festivities within an establishment
- At the time of exemption, the noise standards of the applicable event policy apply
- On Sunday through Thursday, the waiver ends at 00:00. On Friday and Saturday nights at 01:00 am.
Applications handled
The municipality brings insight into which individual hospitality operator has submitted a request.
't Ridderhof
Horeca establishment 't Ridderhof at Gemert has requested the use of "Horeca, notification incidental festivities" for Friday night Jan. 17, 2025 and Saturday night Jan. 18, until 01:00.
To this end, an application was made on Nov. 5, 2024, and a waiver was granted on Jan. 7, 2025.
