Environmental permit, activity of performing a work

As a citizen, you can also submit your application on paper (at the counter in the town hall or by mail). Postal address of the municipality is: Postbus 10.000, 5420 DA Gemert.

Businesses cannot. They are required by law to submit applications digitally.

If it concerns only an environmental permit with the activity "performing a work", a regular procedure applies. If it involves multiple activities requiring a permit, an extensive procedure may apply.

Applying for a permit costs money (fees). Look for the costs in the of the municipality of Gemert-Bakel.
