Opportunity for public comment on the waste ordinance and its implementing decree

The current waste ordinance is being updated. In addition, an implementing decree is being drafted. This contains the rules for the collection of household waste. From Thursday, October 3, 2024, the draft Waste Materials Ordinance Municipality of Gemert-Bakel 2025 and the accompanying draft Implementation Decree Waste Materials Ordinance Municipality of Gemert-Bakel 2025, will be made available for public inspection for 6 weeks (until Thursday, November 14, 2024).

Would you like to see the draft waste ordinance with the accompanying draft implementation decree? This can be done digitally on the webpage about the waste regulation and on the webpage about the implementation decree or at the city hall (Ridderplein 1 in Gemert) during opening hours.

Response and decision-making

Do you have any comments or remarks on the draft waste regulation and/or the accompanying draft implementation decree? You can send this digitally to gemeente@gemert-bakel.nl or by mail to P.O. Box 10.000, 5420 DA in Gemert. Your reaction may lead to an adjustment in the draft documents. After the public participation period, the Waste Materials Ordinance Municipality of Gemert-Bakel 2025 will be submitted to the municipal council for adoption. The college decides on the adoption of the Implementation Decree Waste Ordinance Municipality of Gemert-Bakel 2025.
