Registration for building plots De Berken in Milheeze

Starting this week, anyone interested in a building plot in the De Berken project in Milheeze can register for it. The plots located in the second phase of the plan area will be made available. In this phase 6 plots are available.

Information about the building lots, the issuance protocol and the registration form can be found on the web page about this project. You can also make an appointment to complete the form digitally with an authorized official at City Hall.

Building lots will be allocated in accordance with a lottery system.

Registration is possible only with a designated registration form. The form can be filled out starting November 5. You can fill out the form digitally or at the town hall in Gemert with an authorized official.

By Tuesday, November 19, 2024 23:59:59, the registration form must be turned in. You can read all the conditions related to registration on the web page about this project. The draw will take place in mid-December, the exact date will follow.

Exceptions

The Municipal Executive reserves the right to deviate from the issuance protocol lottery 'De Berken phase 2 - Milheeze' in case of special circumstances.
