Sewer charge
Most homes and buildings are connected to the municipal sewer system. The municipality takes care of the maintenance and upkeep of this sewer system and the management of groundwater and rainwater. You pay sewerage charges for this.
When do you pay sewer charges?
- If a sewer connection is present;
- If you are a user of the property. So also when you are a tenant of a property.
