Statement of basic registration of persons (BRP).

You can request an extract from the BRP in four ways:

Digital

To request an excerpt digitally, you will need DigiD . Please note! There are costs associated with this product. You can pay these using iDeal or your credit card.

To request an excerpt in person, you must make an appointment link online or by phone at 0492-378 500.

If you are coming to request an extract yourself, please bring:

• a valid ID
• possibly the letter from the authority requesting the extract

To request a transcript in writing, send a letter with a copy of your valid identification. In your letter you mention, what you need the BRP transcript for, and any additional information you would like listed on it. We will then send you the transcript. You will receive an invoice for payment.

You can also authorize someone to collect the extract BRP on your behalf.

This person must then be able to show the following documents:

• a written signed by you
• your identification document or a copy thereof
• his/her own identification.

The authorized representative must be 18 years of age or older.

Have you registered as a non-resident in the Netherlands? Are you no longer registered at an address in the Netherlands? Or do you no longer live in the Netherlands and need a statement? Then you can apply for an extract from this at one of the RNI counter municipalities.

You can request the following extracts RNI:

• copy of your registration as a non-resident in the Netherlands (RNI) showing your Citizen Service Number (BSN).
• unmarried declaration for people no longer living in the Netherlands.
• statement of deregistration from the Netherlands (after September 30, 1994)

The RNI counter municipalities are: Alkmaar, Almelo, Amsterdam, Breda, The Hague, Doetinchem, Eindhoven, Groningen, Goes, Heerlen, Leeuwarden, Leiden, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Terneuzen, Utrecht, Venlo and Zwolle.
