Permit-free event and Event permit application
To fell trees or (parts of) stands on the Green Map, an exemption is needed. Cutting down a tree within the structure lines and green areas as indicated on the Green Map also requires an exemption. If the request for felling is submitted because the preservation of the tree no longer seems responsible, an additional report is required. This report, drawn up by an arborist (at least ETW certified), shows that the tree cannot be safely maintained. In addition, it remains necessary to check the zoning plan before felling a tree or wood stand to determine whether an environmental permit is required.
If you want to serve alcoholic beverages on a special occasion of a temporary nature, such as an event, you need a temporary liquor and hospitality license (or dispensation). This is granted in combination with an event permit. The temporary liquor and catering license can be granted for a maximum of twelve days.
